My career began in the Royal Navy's elite Submarine Service, where I developed the discipline, resilience, and strategic thinking necessary to lead in high-pressure environments. With over 25 years in the technology industry, I’ve taken these principles into the commercial world, successfully leading scale-ups through transformative growth as a Managing Director and SVP.
